1st Line IT Support - Office 365/Windows

A talented First Line IT Support Technician is required for a superb role in which the successful candidate will provide 1st / 2nd line support in an internal position with a company in the education sector. Due to the success of the organisation, they have opened a new establishment based in South West Essex are now looking for IT professionals to provide support to the college team and help the IT department in implementing new features.
The ideal candidate will be confident, clear, friendly and patient to be able to successfully communicate with all types of people and create an approachable environment. With plenty of career progression on the cards for passionate and dedicated candidates.
Duties will include; 1st / 2nd line IT support to students & the college team, infrastructure support, project implementation support and much more.
A salary of up to £24,000 is available for candidates looking to take a step into a secure long-term role.
1st Line IT Support Technician will ideally have the following experience:
- Experience of supporting Windows 10
- Experience of supporting Office 365
- Active Directory
- An understanding of TCP IP protocols
- Experience with Mac operating systems
- Experience in a technical role within the Higher Education sector
- Knowledge of patch management
